Women had to stay with a man for life even if they were unhappy. Modern society now accepts divorce and sometimes even encourages women to leave men who aren’t living up to their expectations. A good thing because it has forced us men to become better and a bad thing because it tears families apart that would have otherwise stayed together.
Once you can speak succinctly about your divorce without getting carried away, you know you’ve made it. Don’t let yourself be intimidated just because many of these weren’t around (or weren’t mainstream) the last time you were dating. Because there are more men than women on dating sites/apps, many fail to get matches or replies back to their messages.
Along with the legal intricacies that come with separation, finalizing a divorce and custody arrangements, a divorce can be downright traumatizing.
